Notice registered trading of treasury shares

Pursuant to Board Resolution on the purchase of treasury shares, the company Engineering and Construction Stocks Vietnam announces registration of shares traded funds
- Total number of registered shares acquired: 5,460,000 shares, equivalent to 10% of the total number of shares outstanding
- Capital acquisition: from capital surplus and retained earnings to 31/12/2010
- Expected time of transaction: From 03/3/2011 to 06/3/2011
- Method of transaction: Transaction and matching agreement.
