Recovery of land to implement investment projects in Long Hung urban area construction

Long Hung urban area project has total investment of 2400 billion, the total projected area of 92.52 hectares, including houses: villas, garden houses, buildings, buildings for low-income people (representing 38 , 81% of the total project area); Land: public education, trade and services, other public areas, handling technical infrastructure (accounting for 12.31% of the total project area) land for parks, public entertainment (accounting for 17.01% of the total project area) for land transport (accounting for 30.68% of the total project area). Expected to complete the clearance compensation in December 2010 and divided into several stages to complete the project.

Dated 05/5/2010, the People's Committee of Hung Yen province has a land acquisition notice in Long Hung, Van Giang district. The reason land acquisition to implement investment projects in infrastructure construction of new urban area east of Van Giang district by JSC Engineering and Construction of Vietnam (Ticker: MCG), Development Corporation construction Bach Giang (DIC) and Vietcombank is the co-owner.
